hi guys,
This is probably off topic, but i'm concerned about it, as a soon to be muse owner, and hopefully selling this type of product.
Just last night i thought i'd try buying an ebook.. first time ever! it was a disaster... the money has been taken out of my account, but i have been unable to access anything, and it was through a clickbank affiliate.
I emailed the main website, and clickbank, and still i'm getting a webpage that says it is unable to process the order.
My point is this, once i get my money back there is no way in hell i'd order from this website again. dodgy, dodgy, dodgy (especially when they said that i could send a further $10 and they'd then send it to me)
so how does the ebook & audio delivery normally work? If i have an affiliate site and things arent being delivered, whose fault is it? the affiliate? the original website or clickbank?
thanks
oh, and i'll remove this post if its irrelevant.
