I understand the other keywords, but what does Delete have to do with anything? I am not trying to be mean or anything I am just curious.

You can tell AdWords to not show your ad for specific key words by putting a "-" in front, I thought maybe that's what you meant by delete.
For your PPC Campaign, make sure that you set up your ads so that Google shows both of them 50% of the time and doesn't show the one getting the best click through rate more. There is an option somewhere to do this but I forget where.
This is so you can look at which ad gets the best click through, and then drop the low performer and replace it with a new ad. Rinse and repeat and your click through rate should increase as your ad copy does.

Gray - I've heard of that strategy before, but I wonder, if you tell Google to show the one getting the best click through rate more, then wouldn't you still know which one was doing more poorly and eliminate it, while showing the best performer in the mean time??? Maybe I'm not understanding, but I was wondering about this...

i can't find the button to change it but my ads are bring shown almost the same number of times....

I believe Google will show your ads the same number of times until it "determines" which ad gets the best CTR, then it will show that ad more. This is when it is on the Optimize setting. So Marcie you are right in that Google can do this type of thing for you.
For me I like to see the hard numbers and decide based on those, and sometimes you can tell which ads will perform better much quicker than Google so you can quickly change out an ad that is not doing well.
This link tells you how to switch between the Optimize and Show Ads Equally setting: http://www.google.com/adwords/learningcenter/text/18779.html
