Where is the Dreamline Table?

why is it so hard to find the form for dreamlining?

On page 54 it says go to the website and use the automatic calculators and forms. I have searched all over and see nothing of the sort. Can someone please help me? Thanks

This is not the form described in the book; in fact, it IS the book page itself still including the instructions to come to this site. The book clearly says an automated form would be available for dreamlining and recommends that we go online to use it rather than calculate everything ourselves.

Anyone have an ETA as to when this form might show itself?

I could not find it either (yes I did find the PDF form mentioned earlier). I created my own, which you can download free (http://blog.thembid.com/index.php/2007/06/13/dreamline-the-4-hour-workweek/).
