I've spent the past few weeks building my muse site on wordpress because someone mentioned it here, and couldn't figure out why my google analytics didn't seem to be working (even though the code was clearly installed properly) - I finally went to wordpress' help site and they said it can't be used there because they already have it running on all pages for their purposes. Ack! That site is now useless to me  (I really want to use Google analytics since I am going to use adwords and their checkout system)

I am literally thinking of taking screenshots of the existing site and creating a "mirror" with all images...I really need to get something up quickly. Any ideas/workarounds?

Thanks!

Maybe have a look at the name of the template you've used and see if there's a version that's been ported-over to another CMS-like tool (Drupal, Joomla etc)?

Also if your site uses .css you may be able to go trhough and tweak just the .css file declarations (ID's, Classes etc) to the new site's naming.
